Walking Treasure Hunt :

Fun for all the family. Friday 23rd August from 6.pm Light Supper  -Tickets from Ways and Means Committee £5.00/£2.50 Child.  Not to worry if you can't walk, you can enjoy the fellowship and food while others walk.

Urgent appeal from Food Bank.

Donations of food would be greatly appreciated especially now it is the school holidays and children are not getting the free school meals.

Request from Kitchen staff to all who use the kitchen.

Please remember to switch off, unplug microwave, cooker etc., except the boiler!   

Calling all church members  VOLUNTEERS needed .

One of these could be the job you've always wanted.  So step up to the mark and offer yourself in God;s service. :  for position of communion steward. This only takes place twice a month - first Wednesday a.m. service and first Sunday evening service. Please see Anne Mapplebeck   or Keith Johnson. Thank you.

Message from Ways and Means:

A Big thank you to all who helped in any way at the recent Coffee Morning which raised, after expenses, £315.40 for Church Funds. Donations of  Grocery Items, tins Jars,  packets etc for the Hampers and items for the raffles  will be gratefully received

Special November Coffee Morning

will feature a silver and gold themed stall and items of these colours will be gratefully received also.

The Middleton Choir Concert in aid of Zoe's place  September 21st

Tickets £5.00 includes light refreshments. Gillian has tickets.

Macmillan coffee morning on September 27th.

Trip to Skipton Christmas Market on Sunday December 1st

The current cost of running the church is £875 a week.

Our income is currently running at £685 a week

This leaves us with a shortfall of £190 a week.
