 the Ways and Means Committee would like to thank all who helped social evening,Christmas Card Hunt, where  £203.31 was raised for Church funds.  Request– Did you receive an item for Christmas that just doesn’t suit you. Is it just sitting in a cupboard, taking up space. Well the Ways & Means are looking for a selection of unused items for raffle prizes. Any donations can be given to Joan or Julie or can be left in the vestry clearly marked; Ways & Means raffle. Many thanks in anticipation of your support; W&M.

Notice re Safe:

The Finance Team would ask everyone to note that no monies should be placed in the safe unless it has been counted and the amount noted on a deposit slip which can be found in a box on top of the safe.  The deposit slip should be signed and say what or whom the money is intended for. The money will then be checked and agreed by two of the finance team and a receipt will be issued.    With regards to any JMA collections, please note that the Church is currently without a JMA secretary. If you are saving for JMA please hold on to your money for the time being and a decision will be made about the future of JMA at the next church council. Thank you for your cooperation.

Chinese New Year celebration

Sunday February 2nd at 1.00pm the Chinese Church will be hosting a Chinese New Year celebration Service and meal with the congregation of Linthorpe Road all are welcome to come and join us.

Offering Don't  ask”' what do I need to give?” But “how do I give reflecting God’s love for me?”  Thank you for your support in God's continuing work in the Church.  As a sign of the offering of ourselves, please stand as the Stewards bring forward today’s offering.
