Pastoral Care – Our Minister will be on leave from Monday 22nd April to Tuesday 7th May. In his absence, Revd David Godfrey should be contacted in the event of any pastoral emergency.

Thank you – The church would like to thank Julie Marsh for defrosting & cleaning the fridge freezer also cleaning the oven filters, Julie was assisted by her husband but the less said about him the better. 

Yarm Methodist Church - a warm invitation to join us for a special service at Yarm Methodist Church on Wednesday 24th April at 7pm.  This year is the 260th Anniversary of our chapel.  It is now the oldest Methodist chapel in continuous use for worship in the world. 24th April is the 260th Anniversary of John Wesley preaching in the chapel for the first time. Our speaker for the evening will be Rev Dr Roger Walton.  This needs to be a ticketed event as we must not exceed our fire safety capacity.  We have 60 tickets still available please contact martin.ramsden@icloud.com to confirm your intention to attend.

Circuit Men’s Fellowship – Friday 26th April 1.30pm at Grove Hill, speaker Rev David Godfrey, for more details contact Dave Elliott.

Church Social – Friday 26th April from 7pm. Come join us for fun & fellowship, bring a friend. The night will be an American Road Trip. Tickets available from W&M Committee members, adults £6.00, child £3.00 includes supper.

W & M’s Coffee Morning – Saturday 4th May from 10am. Cake Stall, Book Stall, DVD’s & CD’s, Jigsaws, Bits & Bob’s Stall, Raffle to name a few. Entry £1.50 which includes tea/coffee & treat. Come meet old friends & meet some new ones, all are welcome.

Annual General Meeting - After the service on Sunday 12th May it is our AGM meeting. John has asked that every team, group, activity prepare a written report for this. Could you please ideally email this to me by the end of April. The meeting will be followed by a faith lunch. Please note what food you can bring on the list that is on the notice board. Thank you. Inter-Church Coffee Morning - The Annual Inter-Church coffee morning in aid of Teesside Hospice will be held at this Church on Saturday 18th May from 10am to 12 noon and if anyone could donate any items for the tombola or raffle, they would be gratefully appreciated and accepted by Beryl Haggath.

Songs of Praise - The Circuit Songs of Praise will be at Trinity on Sunday May 19th at 6pm. It will celebrate Pentecost and Aldersgate, the Wesley conversion.

Offering:  Don't  ask”' what do I need to give? ” But “how do I give reflecting God’s love for me?”

Did you know we get no financial help from outside; all our income comes from what we do & from the support people like you give us, thank you for your support in God's continuing work in the Church.   As a sign of the offering of ourselves, please stand as the Stewards bring forward today’s offering.

Any items to be included on the notice sheet need to be with Nigel Marsh by Thursday evening.
